Story 1 (00:01:24): In a shocking incident, YouTuber Trevor Jacob who staged a plane crash for views could face up to 20 years in jail. In a video seen by nearly three million people, Jacob appears to have staged the crash to boost viewing numbers on his channel. The video shows the pilot ejecting from the single-engine plane - selfie stick in hand - and parachuting into the dense vegetation of the Los Padres National Forest. Jacob has since admitted that he intended to obstruct federal authorities when he disposed of the wreckage and lied to investigators. He has agreed to plead guilty to one count of destruction and concealment with the intent to obstruct a federal investigation, which carries a statutory maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison.
